The truck mounted system delivers 220 degrees Celsius of high pressure steam that not only cleans, but extracts the water at the same time, leaving the surface almost dry.

The technician will do a 'test patch' in an unobtrusive location, so as to determine the most appropriate chemical for the cleaning process.

The vinyl floor surfaces are pre-sprayed with an appropriate chemical. This is allowed to 'dwell' for maximum absorption into the surface and maximum lifting of the soil and grime. The technician will then use a high powered steam spray to lift dirt, soil and grime and extract the water from the surface.

Hard floor cleaning will leave the surfaces around the vinyl area untouched and dry. This process is wonderful for kitchen onto carpet areas.

Once this process is completed, the customer then may choose to seal the vinyl floor to protect it from the hard day-to-day rigors of wear and tear. Sealing also assists to prevent the absorption of dirt into the vinyl surface, thus giving your floor a longer life.
